The Mark V version of my Time-Lapse Pinhole Camera is the current clock-based incarnation of the mechanism. Developed around July 2013 it incorporates two 24hr clocks working simultaneously, with one card shutter rotating inside the other. The top clock and shutter (attached to the lid of the nestbox) which also supports the film canister pinhole camera rotates anti-clockwise on the inside of the bottom, larger clockwise-rotating clock and shutter mechanism. The two rotating shutters allow a more pinpointed start and finish time to be set for each nightly exposure.
